Sushi Bar
Sit yourself down at the bar and allow Chef Masuda to serve you till you're ready to pop. Food presentation is more minimalist than fancy, with the focus being entirely on the food itself. Regulars place special orders with Chef Masuda three days in advance, particularly for any uncommon fish otherwise difficult to find in Dubai. Sushi Bar won't appeal to those on a budget, or the strictly safe California roll/Teppanyaki type of crowd, but this place is a haven for those in search of specialised, traditional sushi.
