It's hard to pinpoint the exact reason but Carter's seems better for group gatherings rather than intimate soirees. As the clock ticks on, the crowds pack in and strobe lights and house music keep people moving till the wee hours. Drink deals are plentiful here and ensure the place is always heaving, so get there early to secure your spot by the bar.
