Coconut Grove
Vibrant colours and tastes combine to form a wonderful and surprising cuisine. The chef prepares unique dishes, using spices and a mixture of Indian and Sri Lankan tastes, to bring the best from Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Goa and old Ceylon. Make sure you taste the Nadea Kai Kara Kozhambu (crab curry in tamarind sauce), sample any of the cocktails or order the saffron flavoured rice, all are sublime and come highly recommended. There is a huge lunch buffet every Friday, with themed spreads from each region on the ancient spice route.
