Shang Palace
With a view over the lobby and some interesting artwork scattered around, Shang Palace delivers some of the finest Chinese food in Dubai. Deliciously delicate dumplings and other Dim Sum are so good that they are almost obligatory and are among the best found locally. Wok Fried Scallops and Peking Duck are favourites of the mainly Cantonese menu, though its variety may confuse the hungry diner. The plush, comfortably lit surrounds and quite imperious chairs are well complemented by welcoming staff whose care and attentiveness is assured.
