This small but cosy restaurant lives up to its name (`meeting place' in Tagalog), attracting a regular clientele of Filipino residents. Tagpuan is an excellent value for money experience, offering a wide choice of both Chinese and Filipino dishes. A complimentary bowl of soup arrives with each main, and portions are generous. The Formica tables, TVs and free karaoke give this working man's diner an unpretentious atmosphere that genuinely welcomes visitors.
