Vinoteca, the Grand Hyatt's wine bar, is a perfect place to stop for an aperitif before dining at one of the hotel's restaurants. The focus of this venue is certainly wine with Vinoteca's collection being a showcase that forms a backdrop to the main bar seating area. If you're not good with decisions, the knowledgeable bartender will offer suggestions and samples.
